Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Holistic Wellfit, we value your time and commitment. This policy explains our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests within 48 hours may be declined.
3. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the bank/payment provider.
4. Packages & Prepaid Services
All packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed sessions are considered utilized.
Package validity remains unchanged.
5. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel an appointment, you may choose to:
Reschedule at no extra cost, or
Receive a full refund for that session.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
