I’ve spent years studying what makes a body strong, a mind clear, and a life fulfilling. From scientific research on health and longevity to deep journeys through India and the Himalayas, I’ve collected ancient tools and modern techniques that truly change how we live and feel.
Now I use them to support women like you through fitness, wellness, retreats, movement, breath-work, life coaching and daily rituals that actually fit into your life.

My Mission
That’s when Holistic wellfit was born my way of showing women that they don’t have to live disconnected, tired, or small. I coach women of all ages and fitness levels. I guide them to reconnect with their strength, rediscover their clarity, and build a lifestyle that supports true wellness. Through fitness classes, wellness coaching, and powerful retreats, I help women heal, awaken, and move into their full power. Because Holistic Wellfit isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling fully alive.
My Story
By Aroma, Founder of Holistic Art of Fitness I’ve always been physically active a lifelong athlete. Movement wasn’t something I had to think about, it was simply part of me. But most importantly, I’m a woman passionate about helping other women reconnect with their bodies, energy, and purpose.
I started noticing how many people especially women were struggling. Not just with fitness, but with life. Struggling to walk without pain. Struggling to feel energy, purpose, or joy. I saw women disconnected from their bodies, carrying quiet exhaustion, back pain, sadness. Who felt stuck in a life that didn’t feel vibrant or fulfilling. Not because they were lazy but because no one had shown them another way.
That’s when I began to ask deeper questions:
Why are some people thriving, while others are just getting
through the day?
Why are so many women unaware of how powerful their bodies
and minds can be?
What I saw wasn’t just a lack of exercise it was a lack of awareness.
A lot of people didn’t know how essential movement is not just
for health, but for happiness, clarity, and strength. The solutions
out there were often superficial focused on shrinking bodies,
not expanding lives.
That’s when my curiosity turned into purpose.
So I went searching, not for shortcuts, but for truth not just to
learn, but to live differently. My search took me across the world from scientific studies, ancient wisdom, and lived experience.
I didn’t just collect knowledge. I lived it. I practiced it. I
experienced the transformation from within especially in my
mindset, clarity, and purpose.

The Journey




I began by studying Japanese macrobiotic nutrition, movement, and longevity diving into evidence-based practices that support a full, healthy life. But I didn’t stop at books. I went deeper. I traveled to Nepal and lived in the Himalayas not as a tourist, but as a student of life. I observed people who moved daily, lived in harmony with nature, and aged with vitality and grace. I listened. I learned. Then, I went to India, where I became certified in yoga, with a focus on holistic yoga and Ayurveda. I immersed myself in the power of breath-work, daily practices , and mind-body healing. Then, I explored Chinese ancient medicine and therapy.
After that long journey and years of studying, I combined all what I learned with what I knew from modern science.
That’s when the shift happened. Even with my athletic background, the real transformation wasn’t in my body it was in my mind. I found peace, focus, and joy. I started listening to my body in a whole new way.




I realized:
Wellness isn’t about doing more it’s about living more intentionally.
And when you approach life as a whole body, mind, and spirit you begin to heal.
I adopted this holistic lifestyle completely.
Daily movement, breath-work, nourishing food, stillness, and
presence became essential to me not as routines, but as a lifestyle.
